We provide online Registration under Employees State Insurance Act, 1948.

We prepare ESI Bank Challan and submission of the same well in-time as prescribed under the Law.

We prepare and submit statutory returns under provisions of ESI Act and Scheme with limited client involvement.

We process Declaration Forms of newly joined employees to register on ESI Portal for generation of new Insurance Number or link old ESI Insurance No. on immediate joining of employees.

We provide E-Pehchan Card of employees and also update the particulars in case of alterations/mistakes in the older one.

We process documents in case of accidents during employment of an insured employee to get the claim from ESI Department.

We provide guidance to all the employees for medical treatment and reimbursement if any problem occurred.

We maintain all records and registers in a manner according to the Act so that same can be produced before the statutory authority any point of time.

We remain present at the time of inspection to represent the client.

We also Pre-Audit of records such as balance sheets, Profit and Loss A/c, Ledgers etc. before Inspection.

We attend any kind of notice issued by the ESI Department and file its reply in a professional manner and expedite the matters as soon as possible.
