*We provide Online Registration under The Employees Provident Fund and Misc. Provisions Act, 1952. *We calculate the exact Provident Fund deductions in a computerized manner. *We prepare the PF Challan and submission of the same well in-time as prescribed under the Law. We prepare and submit statutory returns under provisions of EPF Act and Scheme with limited client involvement. We process registration of Digital Signature on PF Portal and its approval for update of KYC and filing of returns as well. We process Declaration Forms obtained from newly joined Employees to register employees on EPF Portal for generation of new UAN or link old UAN. We provide compliance in respect to update of KYC of all members and maintenance of records in a secured system. We upload PF Nomination Forms online through Member PF Portal, thus no need to submit Nomination forms by hand and be compliant. We maintain all records and registers in an automated manner of individual employees as required under the Act and same can be produced during Officials visit at any point of time. We provide support to individual employees for processing of their claim forms through online Member PF Portal and approval of same through Employer PF Portal for transfer of claims. We provide follow up of PF Transfer Accumulations in present PF account. We provide utmost support to the members to avail services provided by EPFO online. We process PF Claim forms in case of deceased member for claiming of benefits of insurance fund provided under Employees’ deposit Linked Insurance Scheme and Pension claims for monthly pension to member or in case of death to nominees of deceased member. We also pre-Audit of records i.e. Balance sheets, Books of Accounts, Ledgers etc. before the Statutory Inspection. We remain present at the time of inspection to represent the client. We attend any kind of notice issued by the PF Department and file its reply in a professional manner and expedite the matters as soon as possible.
